The Experience
As your florist, I want your wedding flowers to reflect who you are. I pride myself on my ability to connect with couples on a personal level, ensuring that your vision is realised with attention to detail and a fun, enjoyable experience from start to finish. I provide a bespoke service which means we start everything from scratch so that there is plenty of room for your personal touch.
You can trust, through the process, that you are heard – we will work alongside each other so that I can help make your flower dreams a reality. I want you to feel that you are in safe hands, because you are!
On the day
On the big day, I will take care of all the work! From the set-up of all arrangements, delivery of all bouquets & buttonholes to even demonstrating how to wear and hold it all – I have got you covered, to help make your day as stress-free as possible.
I will coordinate with your other suppliers to ensure the background logistics run smoothly so your vision becomes reality without you lifting a finger!

The Process
Step 1 - Get in touch
Find out if I’m available on your wedding date by sending an email or filling out the contact form.
Don’t forget to include your wedding date and venue!
A great time to get in touch is around 12 months before your big day, but anything from 6-18 months is the norm! Basically, as soon as you have your date confirmed, we can get the ball rolling.
Step 2 – Book your consultation
I’ll get back to you within 48 hours and if I have your wedding date free, I’ll send over the link to my consultation booking service.
This is a great time to make sure you’ve got some inspiration pics saved and have some ideas of colour schemes!
Step 3 – Your consultation
Your Zoom consultation is a super exciting meeting where we will go through your plans, colour palettes, the styles that you love, as well as some logistical info and budget.
Step 4 - Receive your proposal & book in
Once we’ve had our consultation, I will send over your quote and your bespoke vision board.
Your quote will be itemised and will include any delivery, set up and hire charges.
Your vision board is what I use to show you my plans for your big day! I include images of the flowers I plan to use as well as colour and design inspiration.
When you’re ready to secure your date in my diary, all that you need to do is pay your booking fee (20% of your total) and sign the T&Cs!
Step 5 – Pre-wedding meeting
Around 6-8 weeks before your big day I’ll be back in touch to organise our pre-wedding planning meeting.
This is where we finalise the details and following this, I will send over your balance invoice which will be due 4 weeks before your wedding day.
Step 6 – Your big day!
Your wedding day!
Your big day is finally here and it’s my job to make sure it is totally stress free for you.
Whilst you are being pampered, I will make sure everything is set up and looking gorgeous!
I will deliver bouquets, showing you the best way to hold them, and help to pin buttonholes.
And then all that is left is for you to have the most fabulous day!

Caroline was absolutely incredible for our wedding!
We had multiple meets before the wedding where we discussed exactly what we wanted, the colours and anything specific we needed. Caroline listened to us and executed our vision PERFECTLY!
Our flowers were absolutely stunning, and we had so many compliments on them, they were large bouquets but were so beautifully put together and elegant!
Caroline arrived on time, told us how to hold our bouquets, helped everyone with their buttonholes and set up the top table arrangement.
